The Blackmagic Mini Converter - SDI to Audio contains everything you need to de-embed 4 channels of analogue audio or 8 channels of AES/EBU digital audio from any SDI video connection.

Blackmagic Mini Converter - SDI to Audio

You now have easy access to the audio in any SDI video connection for output to audio equipment such as audio mixers, analogue broadcast decks, audio monitors and more! The mini converters switch seamlessly between standard definition and HD video formats, and switching is automatic when the video input changes.

A wide range of video standards is supported, including NTSC, PAL, 1080i/59.94, 1080i/50, 1080p/23.98, 1080p/24, 720p/59.94 and 720p/50 formats, and new formats can be added via USB.

Only Mini Converters feature the latest 3 Gb/s SDI technology. Upgrades can be loaded via the built-in USB port for compatibility with future video formats. 3 Gb/s SDI is also fully compatible with all your standard definition and high-definition SDI equipment.

Unlike other converters, a universal power supply is included with international plug adapters for all countries. This means you can take Mini Converters anywhere in the world and connect them directly to local power outlets. To prevent the power from being accidentally disconnected, a cable tie is included to secure the power connection firmly in place.
