The Bresser MikroCamII 12MP USB 3.0 Microscope Camera allows you to take photo’s and video’s with a microscope.
The modern Sony IMX226 CMOS sensor gives very brilliant colours with very little noise (noise). The perfect choice when true-to-life colours are important. The included software is very advanced and has very nice options for taking photos and videos. The geïntegrated measurement capability allows measurement in the camera's live image. The software can be set up in the following languages: German, English, French, Polish, Russian, Turkish and Chinese.
The camera housing includes the standard C-mount thread. For use with a 23.2 mm adjustment, the optional, variable 0.5x reducer (Bresser part number 5914005) can be used. A very nice feature supported as standard is focus-stacking. This allows multiple images to be combined for more depth of field). It is also possible to mount images via the mozaïek function to create a larger field of view.
The Bresser MikroCam II is equipped with a USB 3.0 port. This ensures maximum data transfer 8 times faster than standard USB 2.0. The camera can deliver more than 50 frames per second (depending on resolution, exposure time and PC performance). This is especially important when observing live microorganisms. In addition, the camera is exceptionally sensitive. Even in low light (high magnifications, contrast methods), short exposure times can be used.
