The Care Refresh plan only applies in the region where the product was purchased. To ensure that you have peace of mind when using the service, you need to buy the DJI Care Refresh service and your Osmo Action 4 in the same country or region.

If your DJI Osmo Action 4 needs to be replaced, you can get a first replacement model for an additional cost of €29. After that, you will receive the second replacement model for €39.
