Heliopan 58 ES Grey ND 3.0

The Heliopan 58 ES Grey ND 3.0 is an ND filter with a filter factor of 1000x, offering an exposure reduction of 10 stops. The density of 3.0 provides a darkening of the entire image, allowing you to shoot with a wider aperture or a longer shutter speed than would normally be required. By slowing down the exposure time or increasing the aperture, you can control the depth of field and convey motion more easily. Neutral density filters have no effect on the colour of the image and are ideal for combining with other filters.

To prevent reflections, each glass surface is coated with four layers of anti-reflection coating. Together, these eight coatings offer better protection of the filter substrate and help it stay cleaner for longer than uncoated filters.
