The SmallRig 6024 "HawkLock" Quick Release Cage for Sony Alpha 7 V / 7R V / 7 IV is designed to provide robust protection and versatile mounting options for your camera. The cage uses a three-point locking system for a secure fit without flex. Built-in pads offer comprehensive protection and prevent scratches, while precise cut-outs ensure unobstructed access to camera ports, dials, buttons, and the battery compartment.

Multiple mounting points are included, such as 1/4"-20 threaded holes, ARRI 3/8"-16 positioning holes, and a "HawkLock" NATO rail for quick attachment of optional accessories such as side handles (SmallRig ID 4485) and top handles (SmallRig ID 4483). A built-in cold shoe mount allows you to attach devices such as the DJI Mic 2 and lights, while a QD connector on the bottom enables shoulder straps for improved portability.

In addition, the quick release plate on the bottom, combined with the "HawkLock" H38 Arca-Swiss quick release plate (SmallRig ID 4486), enables a fast slide-on attachment with an automatic locking mechanism. The base also features a magnetic hex key for easy mounting and dismounting. The integrated Arca-Swiss quick release plate on the bottom allows seamless transitions between handheld, tripod, and gimbal setups (compatible with Arca-type tripods and DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 Mini / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro / RS 4 Mini / RS 4 / RS 4 Pro stabilisers).

Furthermore, a hinged flap at the battery compartment provides extra grip for the little finger.
