The 75mm f/1.5 is a full frame lens. The actual image circle can almost cover medium format. There is only very slight vignetting in the extreme corners. It is normal for the centre line of the screw-thread lens not to match the centre line of the camera. This does not affect use. So here is a tip: if you use an adapter ring to mount this lens, it is advisable to choose an adapter with a centre-line adjustment function.
Thanks to the lockable aperture ring, you can change the aperture without having to look at the lens. This is especially handy for night shots. The retro-styled focus ring is very comfortable to use, as it is perfectly shaped for human fingers. Aperture and focus are set manually.
