Vaonis Solar Filter for Vespera

Use the Vaonis Solar Filter for Vespera, made from metallised foil for a dimming effect. It reduces the amount of light and allows you to safely observe the sun using the solar mode and take photos with the mobile app.

With the solar mode, you can observe the sun almost in real time using the live view (continuous display of photos with an exposure time of 250 µs). Take photos at any time via the 'Observation' tab in the Singularity mobile app. Take multiple photos at different times of the day, week or month and compare your shots. Experience how the activity of the sun changes with the appearance or disappearance of sunspots. These can last for several days, and in rare cases several weeks.

Please note: to use the solar mode, your instrument must have been used at least once at night for the solar alignment to work.
