Zeiss' Batis 18mm f/2.8 is designed for full frame Sony FE-mount system cameras. This true wide-angle prime lens is characterized by its advanced optical design and unique physical features.

The Zeiss Batis 18mm F2.8 is designed for full-frame E-mount cameras from Sony. This lens is equipped with an OLED display that can quickly identify the focus distance and depth. The autofocus is performed by linear motors that ensure fast, quiet and smooth operation.

The Distagon Optical System comprises 11 elements in 10 groups, and uses floating aspherical glass elements to ensure consistent image quality over the entire focusing range. The individual elements are provided with an anti-reflective coating to suppress flare and ghosting. With an extremely wide viewing angle, the Batis 18mm F2.8 is ideal for interior and architectural photography.
