The Fujifilm X-H2S is a mirrorless camera that excels in professional capabilities, featuring a 26.16 megapixel stacked 5th-generation X-Trans sensor that can be read out four times faster than the previous model, combined with 5-axis IBIS of up to 7 stops. This ensures colours are reproduced with exceptional accuracy and the finest details are captured with razor-sharp clarity.
An extraordinarily fast camera! The X-H2S is capable of shooting at 40 frames per second without any viewfinder blackout. The autofocus system is equipped with new AI capabilities when it comes to subject recognition. The AF system can distinguish between animals, vehicles, and people.
You can also use the X-H2S for film and video productions. The camera can record at a resolution of 6.2K at 30P. In addition, the camera can also capture slow-motion footage at 4K and 120P. Thanks to the new stacked X-Trans™ CMOS 5 HSs BSI sensor and the X-Processor 5 image processing engine, the rolling shutter effect is kept to an absolute minimum. Up to a colour depth of 4:2:2 10-bit, all recording modes are supported by Apple ProRes.
The camera body is robustly and durably constructed from aluminium, meaning it can handle the knocks and bumps that come with professional use. A CFexpress™ Type B memory card slot is included. With an optional add-on, files can be transferred wirelessly (and via cable) from the camera to a LAN network or computer.
Tamron 17-70mm f/2.8 Di III-A VC RXD Fuji X APS-C
This Tamron 17-70mm f/2.8 Di III-A VC RXD is a fast zoom lens for Fujifilm mirrorless cameras. For APS-C cameras, this is the first interchangeable lens with a 4.1x standard zoom range and a fast f/2.8 aperture with a focal length of 17-70mm (equivalent to 25.5-105mm on a full-frame sensor). Thanks to the short minimum focusing distance of 19cm at wide angle and 39cm at telephoto, beautiful macro shots with impressive bokeh are achievable. Portrait, landscape, or street — this lens is ideal for capturing life's finest moments in richly detailed photographs.
The 17-70mm f/2.8 features Tamron's VC image stabilisation. This stabiliser ensures optimal sharpness when shooting handheld by effectively eliminating unwanted camera movement. The optical performance of the lens is maximised when the stabiliser is in use, making it possible to shoot even at longer shutter speeds, in low light, or indoors. Because the VC technology makes use of artificial intelligence, improved image stabilisation is guaranteed when recording video.
The autofocus operates via the quiet RXD stepping motor (Rapid eXtra-silent stepping Drive). The AF system features a sensor that continuously determines the current focus position of the lens, resulting in fast and precise autofocus.
