The Kodak Charmera Keychain Digital Camera - Millennium Edition is a compact digital camera in keychain format. The camera is equipped with a 1/4 inch 1.6 megapixel CMOS sensor behind a 35mm f/2.4 lens and takes photos in JPEG format at 1440 x 1080 pixels, while videos are recorded in AVI format at up to 30 fps.

In photo mode, seven filters are available, including black and white, cool and warm, complemented by four pixel filters in coral, honey, teal and violet. In addition, four retro frames are available in the styles Sticker, TV, Recording and Video Player, with the option to add a date stamp to the photo. Images can be transferred to other devices via the USB-C connection.

The Millennium Edition is inspired by the aesthetics of electronic products from the 2000s and features metallic finishes and patterns. The camera comes in a Blind Box, with the design only revealed when unpacking. Seven unique designs are available, with each base model having a 1 in 6 chance. The Secret Edition has a chrome finish and a 1 in 48 chance.

The built-in battery is rechargeable via USB-C and the camera can be attached to a bag or keyring using the included keyring.
